Fyra

Terms of Service

Effective Date: October 4, 2026

1. The agreement

These terms are between you and Redsprint Ltd, Cambridge, United Kingdom, and apply to the Fyra iOS app. By using Fyra you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the app.

2. What Fyra does

Fyra uses AI to make a short video in which the people in a photo you choose perform a dance from our catalogue. Results vary from photo to photo and we do not promise a particular result.

3. Content rules

You must have the right to use the photo and the permission of the people in it.

You must not upload, submit or attempt to generate content that is sexual, contains nudity, or is otherwise not safe for work, or content that is violent, hateful, abusive, harassing, deceptive or harmful in any other way. Our systems detect such requests and block them before a video is made. When a request is blocked, the credits for it are not refunded. We can suspend or permanently ban your access without notice if you break this section.

6. Your videos

You own the videos Fyra makes for you, subject to section 3 and the rights of the people in the photo. We keep a copy for up to 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy, and we never use your photos or videos to train AI models.

7. Our content

The app, its name and logo, the dance reference clips and their music, and the software behind the service belong to Redsprint Ltd or its licensors. You can use them only through the app to make your own videos.

8. Liability

Fyra is provided as it is. We do not promise that it is free of errors or always available. We are not liable for loss that was not foreseeable when you started using the app or that you were able to avoid. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law or takes away your rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these terms

When we change these terms, we post the new version on this page with a new effective date. If you keep using Fyra after that date, the new terms apply.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
